Technology means nothing when they can afford to lose 10 to 1 in equipment and 100 to 1 in personnel and still send waves of reinforcements.
The age old adage, a tough man can fight 2-3 men and win. a true badass can fight 5 -7 men and win but at some point numbers will be greater than ability. period.

Not when you are talking the technical disparity in question here. We actually have way more naval assets AND they are technologically superior than the Russians and the Chinese.
