Hypothetical. If the US military decided not to promote any white male, heterosexual, christian....uh nevermind they basically are doing that.
If the military decided not to promote another black enlistee would that be legal....or course it would not. Our laws ensure this does not happen.
The supreme court has decided abortion rights are left up to the states, the federal govt INCLUDING the US military cannot override laws at their whims as they see fit.
Tomorrow the military could fix this, instead they are whining like the little bitches that the US military has become.
Tuberville is on solid ground or they would have circumvented this long ago. Regardless of how you feel about abortion, the law is the law.
