Why can’t the press ask her simply: Do you and Joe believe he can answer 10 unscripted questions from constituents and if so, can we do this later today?

It’s literally her job to lie, obscure, spin, manipulate and embellish.

Feel sorry for this condescending person that has had the luxury of a friendly press until now? She bought into this administration and has probably been compensated very well. The vast lib majority 'press/media' have now been given the green light from somewhere above to ask some pertinent questions. And she turns up the condescending stance and gets 'mouthy? F her and F this banana republic admin. And F the press with only perhaps a few outliers. Again, no one has asked directly if the President has taken a freakin cognitive exam. Feel sorry? Nah. It is her (or whatever it identifies with) and associated ilk that is ruining this country.

Also adding, why isn't anyone from the GOP leadership in Congress outside of the Trump camp vocal and calling this out? Again, the cognitive test issue? It should be forefront.

They can't/won't ask questions that are probing or would actually expose the President's cognitive decline because they don't really want to demonstrate his decline. From what I saw of the presser, they mainly spent their time complaining and asking questions on the periphery of his cognitive decline, not direct questions of his decline. Many of them still speak of his "age" instead of his well-demonstrated cognitive decline. In addition, I'm not impressed w/ the apparent intelligence of the Washington press corp as a whole. Most demonstrate that they really don't know what they're doing.
