No chance that passes. Thune won't allow it and neither will the deep state. It's pathetic that the GOP controls congress and the White House and gets absolutely nothing done. All by design. When the demoRats have congress and the White House they come together and pass everything they want even if it destroys the country and they know nobody wants it. The things the GOP could pass are issues that well over 50% of America wants. Especially the SAVE America ACT but it wont happen. America is toast. I’ll get downvoted to hell but here it goes. I’ve come to the conclusion that if I always agree with the supreme court justices on my side of the isle then they are probably just hacks driven my ideology and not judging the law. The left leaning justices will almost always come to the conclusion that gives their side the outcomes they want. The justices that lean right will most often judge the law on constitutionality. They will let me down sometimes with the outcome but at least i know they tried to do their jobs. I disagree whole heartedly with the birthright decision. But that doesn’t mean ACB is a left wing turn goat. Give me a break.

ACB was more of a pick designed to overturn Roe, being a strong Catholic. Even though her selection was successful in that regard, she has otherwise been a disappointment. There would have been other good picks who would have voted to overturn Roe, and otherwise voted with a conservative voice.
