I was all for self defense on the Goode lady, she tried to run the agent over, this one seems like murder to me. Once they had the suspect on the ground, he did not continue to resist. Did he ever pull it out and aim it at the agents? I support someones right to own a gun. Again, the use of lethal force was not justified. Had he pulled the gun out and pointed at them, blast away, but that is not what happened. Don't be surprised if these agents don't end up in prison, just saying.

There was certainly some contact. Seemed pretty minimal but that’s subjective and we obviously disagree.

I carry a hellcat pro with 17+1. When I have an extra mag with me, its almost 40 rounds. So, I dont make anything of that. Did the guy pull out his gun to kill federal agents? Doesnt look like he did.

All we know is he very suspiciously and inexplicably had the gun, and again unusual amount of ammo, and went crazy with the agents. We don’t have full view of the immediate melee, which certain justifiable actions could have occurred in a very, very tight area not in the line of sight of the source of the video, amateur video in a far from ideal spot to catch some “tight” yet critical actions. We don’t know what we don’t know. But we do know he went nuts and had a deadly weapon, and they had quick reasonable cause to be on much heightened alert due to the very out of the ordinary matter of the gun and ammo, in an already highly inflamed situation.
