I had to watch it twice to catch them. They're clearly not a centerpiece of the ad, and whoever made it may not have even known they were AI generated.
Even so, this is shitty politics. What I don't understand is the outrage by the "this isn't personal, Trump's going to destroy him because he's in the way" crowd. Are we not going the big-boy, punch-you-in-the-mouth routine any longer? DeSantis himself could tweet those pictures and he still wouldn't have caught up to Trump.

As said many times before covid was unprecedented. Everyone freaked out and believed the CDC out of fear. It was the perfect storm generated from China and the establishment loved it.

he did call for him to be fired and investigated in 2021. Don't know if he ever brought up actual firing in 2020, but they did have heated words about each other during that time.

I'm a Ron supporter but agree that it's not okay if there were fake images generated. Problem is that the DeSantis team may have not even intended to do it and got swindled by a contractor they paid for the video.
