Thom Tillis voted no. He has now implied that Trump should be criminally prosecuted.

Add him to the list along with McConnell.

Keep your eyes and ears open.

I am not a lawyer, but it seems to be that it would be EXTREMELY difficult to prove criminal incitement in a court of law.

it's one of the hardest things to prosecute.

That's just one of the charges. There are charges related to financial dealings and conspiracy to have Ga officials change votes

If that’s the case, I’ll help him pack his bags in the next primary. Unfortunately, Richard Burr voted to convict but he isn’t running next time so he can do what he wants without consequence.

Never underestimate the power of a rigged judicial system. If you can’t beat em cheat em.

Trump’s call for a peaceful protest in and of itself should be enough for a directed verdict of not guilty by an honest judge.

I wonder, could criminal prosecution open the door to presenting evidence of election fraud as part of his defense.

That's the democrat game plan. Let's charge Trump for EVERYTHING and hope something sticks.

If this gets criminally prosecuted, Trump is afforded more protections than he got in the Senate.

Not sure if Tillis is dating the Dems to do it or if he is a fricktard. But it will be interesting either way.

This will go away. No way they want to open the door for potential election fraud evidence.

Your news source must be XiNN. They have been lying to you for decades, yet you go back every day. I suggest you find a credible news source. Trump did NOT ask the SOS of GA to change any votes. He asked the SOS to do the job an SOS is supposed to do. Remove dead people's votes from the count. Everyone knows dead people did not vote. This means someone voted FOR the dead people. Trump asked the SOS to remove those votes form the count. People under 18 voted. Supposedly about 60,000 of them had votes cast for them in GA. Trump asked the SOS to remove those votes from the count. Trump's team got these numbers from the SOS, yet the SOS claimed those numbers were wrong. Trump politely asked them to give him the correct numbers.

The GA SOS lied many times. He cut an unconstitutional deal with the dems which bypassed the GA state legislature. The US Constitution says the state legislatures select the manner in which prez electors are chosen. If the GA SOS wants to cut any deals, he can, but not for the selection of electors for POTUS.
Watch a news source that has a clue or it makes you look silly. You should have more respect for yourself than to allow yourself to be fooled over and over.

Dude you are dense. I'm pro Trump. THEY are saying the NY prosecutors are going after him for finances and they are going to go after him for GA vote tampering and inciting.

Multiple sources.

Why are the Republicans ALWAYS on defense. Why not investigate Biden for Quid Pro Quo or maybe Hunter for his dealings. They never use the law even when they have a clear path. Why not control the narrative for once instead of constantly looking weak and guilty of something. Do they not dig on the Democrats? Not interested at all? Both parties are one in the same from where I sit. Wish I had another option. Best chance is getting involved and I'm looking to get the parish committee seat in my district. Very tired group of people, the Republican leadership.
