I think it’s time to add a taser to my carry setup. Non lethal but fully effective. I would say she’s acting in a way that could escalate, and tasing would remove that concern.

My take on a situation like this is a little different than yours. It doesn't appear that anyone is in danger of harm. If I was the owner, I would rather have video of the event than a presumed filming customer trying to intervene. The video is better evidence than a statement to the police. I hope the police were called and this person was arrested.

2. Lost customers
3. Loss of paid hours cleaning and restocking the results of the heathen's tantrum.
