If they did, what a quick and easy lawsuit that would be to win. What could they charge with?
Not obstructing govt operations, since they are relying on the 'private' bit to get around the 4A warrant requirement.
Loitering wouldn't fly as he is actively engaged in 1A protected activity.

I mean a lot has been done to limit the reach of red light cameras maybe we should be talking to the people that took those down

Ailsa, I did that site where you find where flock cameras are near you- basically the only ones near me were at Lowes. I think I did a 5mi radius.

I wonder why they were only at Lowes?...and are there plans to increase cameras in more areas in the future? We've got a few on the more traveled roads here and one at Aldi...I'll see if they are at any other stores.

I dunno, that's why your embed got my attention. There's an Aldis directly across from it, but the one time I checked the website it didn't show any for their parking lot or any of the other many businesses.
The Lowes IS the last store before the redlight onto the main road, maybe it's doing double duty.
I'm sure more will come- I don't like it but am mostly ambivalent about it now- every store has cameras directly on you anyway. Aggressively so.

There is some kind of promise/deal that benifits the govt for all these cameras to be put up on govt property. Ease of access to data has to be one of them. Especially if it's true that they are collecting cell phone data too. A way to connect that data to without having to go thru phone companies.
I don't like how they are connecting our faces to our cars, LIC plates, phones etc.
This is very "governmental intimidation" to me.

I did it too and they are several around my house. The neighborhood next to mine has one located in the rear of the neighborhood. There is short road between old and new filings and a flock camera right there. I guess people loiter back there or a crime problem in that back filing.

We recently had 4 cops fired in Augusta for misusing the Flock cameras. I think they were using them to track their wives/girlfriends.

between these, the data centers and the kill switch cars it's only a matter of time. It's almost like COVID was a test to see how hard they could infringe and we failed miserably. Now the infrastructure of total control is being placed.

Wait until you learn that flock cameras are getting upgrades with drones and alpr's that link the users cellphone (via the cellphones Bluetooth) to each driver as it passes by, and photographs every person in the car with searchable features.

What is the range if these things? Seems to me they can be taken out with a Benjamin Air Rifle.
