Surprised this doesn’t happen more often . Even though a smart person wouldn’t threaten to shut the power off they would just go do it and leave . But I guess he wanted to prove a point .

Not in Texas.
There are raceways on commercial buildings that are locked down, as well as the meter and, can only be removed by a rep of the power/distribution company. Most have smart meters installed the can be turned off remotely. If the meter is on a pad mount transformer, it will be primary metered and cause a hell of a flash if someone were to pull it, Breakers are on the inside of building and the disconnect is the DOCO at the top of the pole on the riser or transformer bank.
The Kracker is a dumb frick.
