Leftists used to love to wag their fingers at cultures that practiced genital mutilation of young women to show support of feminism. This became problematic because these cultures were primarily black or brown and race > biological (aka true) gender. This is why only around 5-10 percent of trans women actually have genital surgery.

What do you think is the eventual recommendation for these kids who are undergoing the hormone treatments?

Do you think surgery isn't going to be recommended at some point?

It's like the story about Duke and a few other hospitals starting children on "gender care" at ages 2-4. Yeah, I know they aren't having surgery at age two, but they're being brainwashed into thinking they need it. That's the "gender care" at that age.

This is the medical equivalent of Joe Camel. They're creating future patients as hard as they can.

Plus, he didn't say this is what's currently happening. He said it's what the left WANTS to do.

For those wondering...

Female to male faux transitioning generally involves a partial (removing only the uterus) or total (also removing the cervic) hysterectomy. This could also include the ovaries (depending on the patient's request).

From there the woman undergoes metoidioplasty to create a neopenis.

This first involves hormone therapy to enlarge the clitoris. Once that's under way the surgeon removes the vagina (vaginectomy).

They then lengthen the urethra and position it through the neopenis. To get some length on it the surgeon uses tissue from the cheek, the labia minor and/or other parts of the vagina to create enough substance to allow for the woman to pee while standing.

A metoidioplasty generally takes 2-5 hours, after which additional surgeries may still be necessary. This surgery allows the neopenis to become erect due to the capabilities of the clitorial tissue, but the resulting neopenis is often less sensitive and too small for sexual penetration.

There's another method, called a Centurion procedure, which involves repositioning round ligaments under the clitoris to increase the girth of the neopenis.

And then there's phalloplasty. This is grafted skin (usually from the arm, back, thigh or abdomen) used to form a neopenis (skin from the forearm is usually considered the best option by doctors).

Compared to metoidioplasty, the neopenis from phalloplasty is larger but it has the drawback of not being able to become erect on its own (requiring an implant to create an erection). This usually takes more surgeries and costs more than metoidioplasty.

But wait, there's more...

There's also scrotoplasty. This is done in conjunction with a metoidioplasty or phalloplasty, it's where a surgeon hollows out and repositions the labia majora to form a scrotum and inserts silicone testicular implants.

For all this trouble, the woman getting such mutilative surgery can engage in only very limited activities for 6 weeks or so and will need to use a catheter (due to the urethral extension) for 3-4 weeks.

Some complications which can occur from either the metoidioplasty or phalloplasty include urethral fistula (a tunneled connection which forms between the urethra and some other body part) and/or urethral stricture (a narrowing which causes a blockage of urine flow within the urethra).

And, of course, at the end of the day they still aren't actually men; they're just women who have mutilated their genitalia.

There was actually a court case in Minnesota that would have banned female circumcision but the judge threw it out because he said male circumcision would have to banned as well, something about equal protection. And that can never happen because it makes a certain group scared.
