Ex wife playing the games, and her pussy bo0yfriend grabs a gun and confronts father who wants his fricking son.

New boyfriend life was NEVER in trouble, and neither was his count of a ex-wife.

You rednecks are going to learn the hard way, about when you can use deadly force.

Just read the RedState analysis on this. One thing that's going to be lost in all of this is the proximate actions of the wife that ultimately lead to the confrontation.

The poor kid is stuck in the middle and has to live with this the rest of his life. Sin affects more than the sinner.

He should have left when asked to leave.

It's easy to say the other guy going inside to get the gun was stupid and uncalled for but you never know how fast things can escalate when people are being irrational.

Of course, there are a lot of other variables you can analyze but it really comes down to him refusing to leave and reaching for the gun.

All parties involved are trash but once the guy refused to leave, and tried to grab the gun, it was self-defense.

Don't think this one is as simple.

I was wondering what Poso and Rekita were talking about on Twitter.

There's a lot of nuances here. I need to read up on TX self-defense law to give an educated opinion.

State of Texas at fault. Custody is so heavily favoring the mother it's crazy. The father comes to pick up his kids, the mother and boyfriend decide to hide the kids to deny visitation and off we go. The father could/should retreat off property, call a deputy and give him his custody papers and request the deputy to enforce it.

Let the boyfriend pull the gun on the deputy, because it's clear he went to escalate and not to "defend".

Man attacks homeowner at his house and gets shot. What is there to get upset about?

Looks like a domestic argument that got ugly....

In Red Texas, you can use any force needed to reduce a threat....

Hate to see it!

Because the state can argue provocation here

Any TX lawyers already have the actual Castle Law pulled already?

I understand what you are saying but those nuances go out the window when he was asked to leave private property but instead approached the shooter, assaulted him while saying he was going to take the gun, then did try to grab the gun.

You can't go and assault someone on their private property no matter how frustrated you are at your ex over her being a PoS in regards to custody.

It's shitty, and the laws need to stop favoring mothers, but at the end of the day the shooter still had a right to defend himself on his property.
