Come on. You know what the police would have done. "Tell it to social services".

I am sick and tired of these women doing this to the fathers of their children. They do it just to hurt the father, and the courts just automatically side with the women.

Not only does that child not have a father anymore, he has to live in the house where his mother is fricking the killer of his father.

Sadly it's probably safer to shoot them. You never know what could happen. He could pull a Trayvon and be bashing your head into the concrete

Custody is so heavily favoring the mother it's crazy

NOt to mention the kickbacks to pensions judges get when passing familial rulings that disrupt the family.

Not saying the deceased was in the right but it that was my Dad that dude had better sleep with both eyes open the rest of his life as I'd cut his throat the first time he let his guard down, the mother probably deserves it too

All in all it looks like a bunch of retards acting retarded

TBoy said it was murder. The guy should have walked away and he would be alive today. Call the police if there’s a child custody issue.

Stupid, extremely stupid to FAFO on another man’s property.

No doubt

The important thing to remember is that this is personal. For these people, this isn't about correctly applying the law. These people HATE you. They are seething that you can still defend yourself. The giveaway is in their language. It's always dripping with contempt. They see Americans that love the Constitution as "redneck trash".

I agree 100% and understand why he was frustrated. Still doesn't give him a right to go to someone else's property and assault people and threaten them

Looks like the ex-wife and shooter broke up

quote:

The statement Tony Buzbee from The Buzbee Law Firm representing Chad Read’s widow made public regarding the grand jury decision in the Kyle Carruth case:

”The criminal justice utterly failed Jennifer Read, the widow of Chad Read. Chad Read was involved in a heated discussion with his ex-wife concerning custody of his son. The video shows that Kyle Carruth injected himself into that discussion. We believe there was no legitimate reason for Kyle Carruth to bring a deadly weapon to an argument that he wasn’t even a part of. Chad Read died unarmed, shot, and killed while simply trying to determine the whereabouts of his son. The civil matter has been on hold awaiting the outcome of the criminal proceedings. We will now aggressively pursue Jennifer Read’s claims in civil court.”

Should put a damper on the theories a few had that the boyfriend and ex-wife planned this.

“Defendants owed Chad Read a reasonable duty of care to act as a reasonably prudent person would act under the circumstances,” the complaint says. “On the occasion in question, Defendants breached their duty of care owed to Chad Read, which collectively and severally constituted negligence and gross negligence.”

The shooter, who the State of Texas refuses to press charges against, was Negligent for acting in Self Defense?

Seems like a reach to me.
