Can't openly be "Muslim only" because that's a civil rights issue, but I bet that town will be clean and have low crime.

Again, is it a PUBLIC school? Do you realize how many Christian communities and communes exist in America? This seems to be the same damn thing, just less familiar(thus scarier.)

What does “putting Islam at the forefront” mean? And then highlighting the school next to the mosque? What would be the inference?
A school next to a church means what to you?
And Sharia is a maybe yeah, maybe no- but is Sharia compatible with the US Constitution?

The video in the OP is the one they made to advertise - it’s the sanitized view for the public. This video shows clips from a podcast where the mask slips a bit and he talks about how they are naming the streets after Muslim conquerors and they’ve structured the HOA fees to primarily support the mosque to make non-Muslims less likely to try to buy there.

The problem is this development isn’t within city limits, it’s in the unincorporated area of the county. In Texas, counties have much less control over development than cities do as they don’t have planning and zoning authority. There was a huge public turnout at the Collin County Commissioners’ Court about this recently.
