Idk how anyone is mad, Trump got Dems to find new barriers, admit theirs a problem at the border, for 1,7B for port tech and personnel, and can use executive power to pull $ from defense and dhs.... and no cap on ICE, and no amnesty for Daca or tps.
Dems are dumbasses because they could’ve got concessions for Daca and tps, instead they got nothing and Trump will get his wall.
Also for those who don’t know, spending caps are up this fall and Trump will have WAY more leverage and will be in a better position to get more $ if needed for the wall.

There was more wall funding in the December bill that trump didn’t sign

But that $ could only be used for repairs, not new walls

The Secure Fence Act 2006 and it’s Amendments were already going to build the 55 miles. It’s not like the contractor’s stopped building the barriers.
The $1.375 billion is already spent on what is being built. Why do you think the amount has dropped from $1.7 billion to $1.375 billion?
$1.375 billion may look like a win, but it is not.
It will be almost impossible to get money from HLS or DOD without congress changing how they appropriated the money.

It's a huge win for trump!
Each negotiation he lost more and more!

This. He will have bargaining power of hundreds of Billions in spending that goes away that the Dems depend on. This is when he lays the hammer down on them.
The big one being the October spending bill. The Dems have major interst in this one as well as the December deadline.
"NDD programs include a wide variety of priorities such as education, scientific research, infrastructure, national parks and forests, environmental protection, some low-income assistance, and public health, as well as many basic government operations including law enforcement, courts, and tax collection. The category also includes many programs related to national security, including foreign aid, homeland security, and services for veterans.
Of total NDD spending in 2017, 33 percent went to grants to states and localities, such as for K-12 education and highway projects, while 21 percent went to low-income programs, such as Head Start and rental assistance. These categories are not mutually exclusive; a sizable share of grants to states and localities support low-income programs."

Bottom-line, the wall is getting built. Read it and weep, obstructionist.

Not true. About $4 billion approved, even though the wording makes it appear less until you actually read the bill.
