Nothing makes this even more crazy than to hear the parents speak about Nolan when he wasn't even living with them.
I wonder if anyone has asked the grandparents what they think of Nolan's parents grifting off his death?

There is an attorney that is going scorched earth against these people and is planning civil litigation to follow. Notice the social media "influencers" have slowed their roll a little on the accusations? Our local news has even taken a break from being the NWNN (Nolan Wells News Network) as soon as this attorney got involved with the family. Coincidence I'm sure.

In a subsequent Facebook post, Latino said some social media users also have shared a high school photo of Edmiston, now 21, falsely claiming it depicts a girl Wells spent time with on Horn Island the day he disappeared.
According to Latino, some posts falsely allege that “Bart had an intimate relationship with (the girl) and that he killed Nolan Wells because Wells was speaking to her.” Latino said the girl in the photo is not the same person Wells spent time with on the island and that Edmiston had never been in a relationship with her. “He did not know who she was before this tragedy occurred,” Latino wrote.

Chances are this young black man was a great friend to those guys and they were great friends to him.

Perhaps that is true. But this particular kid's parents have done NOTHING to quell the "racism" rhetoric. In fact, they have totally leaned into it. Without their capitulation with the narrative none of this is happening. If their son was such a great friend of the other boys then the parents could have shut all of this down very quickly, or even never made it start in the first place.
I can't and don't want to imagine the pain of losing a child. And I understand the uncertainty of trying to find out what happened to your child. But once it becomes apparent your son's friends didn't cause this then it is on the parents to quash the anger and vitriol being spewed at your son's friends.

The truth won't matter in this case. I worked with one of the deranged a couple of days ago. Nothing will convince them that racism isn't to blame here.
