Third person arrested for threatening Mississippi teens.

I realize there is an ongoing investigation and findings will have to go before a grand jury since it’s a mysterious death.
But if these kids aren’t suspects, I sure hope they release something before one of them gets killed.

Threatening to kill someone across state lines via phone, text, internet, or mail violates 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) and carries up to 5 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000. If the threat is tied to a demand for ransom or extortion, the maximum sentence increases to up to 20 years.
