Police Policy is exactly why this happened in the first place thanks to the Police Act 2025 where they essentially outline the need for two tier policing.
There is no chance the police react this way if races are different

Yeah, we've heard. Seen the video too. If you watch the video you can see how the blood wasn't very visible when the police arrived and while he was handcuffed, he passed out in about a minute of them arriving and that's when they started checking him more closely.
And to be clear both the victim and attacker were English and born in England. The white victim was first generation and it's not clear how long the attackers family has been there, but that family does come from a former British colony with long ties to England.
