This in a nutshell describes the entire situation.

The literal PERFECT democrat voter today.

I wonder how many AWFLs on this site are ready and willing to assist this poor murderer going forward. Wonder if our resident apologist is packing their bags to head to Dallas for this latest foot soldier/hero of their movement.

Nobody is a winner in this tragic episode. One mother has lost a son forever, and another mother's son will most likely spend decades reflecting on the devestating consequence of his loss of impulse control.

Kamelo Anthony is now officially judged a convicted felon. Austin Metcalf is dead. Both young men had a promising future. At the moment of murder they were both only 17.

This is an incredibly sad moment.

No, both did not have a promising future. KA was never going to have a promising anything. His parents and the adults in his sphere made sure of that.

Over 18,000 people donated to a Black kid who brutally murdered a White kid over a seat.

That needs to be confiscated and amends made to the Metcalf family.

Judge John Roach Jr. allowed the jury to consider the lesser charge of manslaughter if they could not unanimously agree on the murder charge, WFAA reported. Murder carries a sentence of five years to life in prison and manslaughter is punishable by between two and 20 years.

WTF Texas? Receiving only 5 years is an option for murder?

Jumping in late, but Newsmax is reporting that the judge has placed a gag order on the Anthony family?

I’m sensing some possible contempt charges brewing.

The restriction applies to all parties connected to the trial, which formally includes both the Anthony and the Metcalf families.

The Reasoning: The judge cited intense national media attention and online harassment targeting both families.

Karmelo lived in a safe neighborhood and went to a good school. Unfortunately, his IQ was too low to take advantage and now he’ll spend his adult life in Huntsville. Enjoy, young man!

LBJ’s personal hit man was a guy named Malcolm Wallace. In 1951, in Dallas, Wallace cold-bloodedly murdered a guy who was sleeping with his estranged wife. He was convicted of murder and thru the intervention of LBJ, only got five years. Suspended.
