It's a call for them to repent of their sin, regardless of their eternal state. That's true for every sinner.
However, saying a cuss word in a moment of anger is different than what these people are doing. They have set up shop outside the courthouse. It appears this demonstration is premeditated. It is ongoing, rather than a temporary fall into sin due to being overwhelmed in the moment with temptation. They are speaking as if this is not just a momentary lapse, but as if they actually believe these things to be true. They are acting as if this is their true selves, rather than meek, humble, and gentle individuals indwelt by the Spirit of Christ.
And it does no good to compare to January 6th "rioters". I'll spare you the differences in circumstances, but I'll simply grant that anyone who acted with hatred, malice, and forethought with violence was exhibiting similar fruits of being given over to their sin. I'm not going to play favorites, and anyone who acts like these protestors is not exhibiting signs of being saved, should immediately repent of their sins and turn to Christ by faith for forgiveness.
