What is it about those situations, that makes it my fault? Why do I have to pay?

I understand it's not their fault either, but it certainly isn't the taxpayer's fault. Who you're asking to foot the bill.

Thats not quite the trigger, a dangerous man is someone who’s capable of protecting a woman. That’s why women will find him attractive

Thus fricking their consumers by not paying out claims

As has already been discussed here...they could pay more claims, but that would necessitate an increase in premiums. There is no such thing as free healthcare.

There is a game of cat and mouse being played between providers and insurers. Providers are incentivized to provide more "care" so long as it is a billable charge. They bill as much as they possible can with the full knowledge that some of it will be denied and they are likely to never see that money. The insurers know this and deny many claims. When denied, the provider sends the consumer a bill for the difference in the hope of collecting the money...and again, knowing they often will not. The provider is just as guilty as the insurer for costs passed-on to patients.

I still dont get why one would throw away their life and deprive a family of their father to murder someone who ultimately is just a pawn and will replaced by a carbon copy the next day.

The CEO didnt make the healthcare system as terrible as it is today

Why can a doctor bill for doing the same service for two different patients at the same time?

Idk. Perhaps he provided a service for two different patients around the same time.

Why does a procedure cost more in one state vs another?

Probably because of similar reasons most things cost more in one state vs another: labor costs, production costs, supply and equipment costs, contractual and administrative costs, procedures and regulations, logistics, etc.

Why do hospitals get non profit status and pay 0 taxes while making a profit?

Because of public policy formulated by lawmakers. Certain institutions, like hospitals, drug treatment facilities, rehabilitation facilities, orphanages, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, houses of worship, etc, are provided, in some cases, with exemptions from taxation even in the event that they are profitable because they are deemed to provide a community benefit, which we want to promote as a public policy.

You're literally too stupid to share your thoughts on anything if you think the Affordable Care Act did anything other than make healthcare less affordable.
