Minnesota settled on this one because the state seal on the other flag was offensive to "Native Americans".

England, not much bigger than Canada (population)....and both are becoming over run with Muslims....makes no sense! The USA needs to take a hard look at these countries!

If it’s any consolation, prior to the official change, the state flag was a rare sight outside of being displayed at government buildings.
Since then, people have gone out of their way to fly the original flag from their homes or small businesses.
