Well done. Take the bait.
It's more likely what Trump wants to be honest

Do they have to pay back all the money they stole, etc….?
That sleazy, slimy, family will get another reality show!

Trump has the best dance moves though. The best you’ve ever seen in fact.
Kinda makes sense.

I think people on this board are more upset over Trump’s pardons.
He is judged to a different standard. That’s okay though.

You can't get upset at Biden pardons when Trump is pardoning reality stars
I think Trump felt a little sorry for them considering they had gone through the same shite he went through.
quote:
According to the statement from the Chrisley's law firm, the pair had sought a presidential pardon earlier this year by alleging "serious misconduct by the government, including an illegal raid, reliance on tainted evidence and a trial that featured false testimony from a key government witness.
Trump said he didnt know them and wished them well. I think it was just a big frick you to the system that put them there.

This is what I voted for

I can sure as hell get mad at the so-called Biden pardons if they were done by autopen and Potatus didn’t even know about them.
Trump owns his, like them or not. Big difference.

These pardons should be taken on a case by case basis celebrity or not.

I’m very happy NBA Youngboy was pardoned.
Us BR peeps have to stick together.

Nobody cares that every bureaucrat from local to federal level does this.
Every year the govt illegally forces you to pay thousands in property taxes on unrealized gains under the guise of reassessments. Where’s the energy against that bs?

So this is how we identify now and base our morals? Republican or Democrat?
How about America over political party and right is right and wrong is wrong.

Why would pardons be needed then?
Posted on 5/29/25 at 3:09 am to SwampMonster
You’re missing the point.
Posted on 5/29/25 at 3:44 am to SouthEasternKaiju
So you are not supposed to criticize Trump on anything, dressing it up as bait for democrats?

No sir, you have “missed the point”. I could care less what someone’s political affiliation is when criticizing wrong vs right.
Your “Republican platform or nothing” attitude contributes to the divisiveness in this country.

Oh I see how this works--
Biden preemptively pardons his whole criminal enterprise family members, but that's no big deal.
Trump pardons people who have already served for years, and that is?

Jump to conclusions much?
Where did I say that or even infer Biden’s actions were ok? I didn’t, but that doesn’t matter to you obviously.
Your post is another case in point of folks unable to call their “side” out for wrong behavior. Just like a kid getting caught stealing and then pointing finger at their brother for doing the same.
How about we just call all immoral, unethical and corrupt behavior out equally?

Well, that's a fine concept in general, except in this case they aren't equivalent. Pardoning your close family members to head off even an investigation into their corrupt activities that you yourself led, is in no way the equivalent of pardoning those who have already served hard time for their purported crimes...
And I wasn't directing my comments just at you, but at all the posters who hypocritically fail to call out the blatantly obvious lack of equivalency, and Dementia's Joe's gross abuse of the pardon powers.

Pretty much, yeah. After the lengths the Left & some deep state republicans went to destroy him & anyone who supports him…
Posted on 5/29/25 at 5:55 am to bamabonners
How are his pardons personally affecting you? Of all the things to worry about with our nation, this is probably number 8743 in order.
