She will remain as PM but she has announced that she will not stand in the next election.

She made a deal behind the scenes in exchange for the votes to win the no confidence thing. It's not that they want her to stay just because.

It's the right decision.

Britain can't afford a new PM election during the last few more months until the EU deadline.

Her being the PM initially was the mistake.

They'll come back to the EU fairly soon with hat in hand, via another referendum.

Losing much of their prior power and influence after this circus.

Hopefully May can get a deal through Parliament.

Another Brexit referendum is a slap in the face to the people and will surely only increase tension in Britain big time.

The guy they just had on FOX said it perfectly...

May's opposition had literally nobody to challenge her in any way. Had they, this would likely have been a far different outcome.

From what i read, they had to postpone BREXIT even longer as they waited to select a new PM, and then wait for the new PM to transition in. So she used this a s leverage to get the vote to favor her. Now she is protected for another year form another No-Confidence vote.....

That must have been the internal deal.

She’s weak and ineffective.

They should have gotten rid of her.

Have they even had a decent PM since Thatcher?

Decent, policy wise? I don’t think so.

Blair was effective though.

This decision really is moronic though. She destroys any power she has left by declaring that she won’t stand again.

How on earth is she suppose to lead. Who will listen to her?

Just get rid of her. Especially with how weak Labor is right now.
