You aren’t wrong but I would advise against getting too confident.
If there’s one thing these folks should have proven by now, it is that they will do or try anything before they’ll just throw their hands up and say “we’re screwed - Trump is going to be back in the White House”.
There may not be a China Virus scenario again but don’t think they haven’t already been game planning other scenarios.

Republicans have had 4 years to figure out either how to A) stop the “cheating” or B) “cheat” right back. Republican politicians are not “too moral to cheat” so enough with the excuses. There are only so many votes you can fake, and the fact that this election might be close enough to where that’s a thing, is pretty sad. This election shouldn’t be close but the Trump-or-bust types couldn’t look past him and realize there were several candidates that would clean up in the GE and not just rely on MAGA.

In the interest of being thorough, we're not living in a world where Kemp isn't playing his role in this nonsense, with Harrison Deal's death being the event that brought the whole thing much too close to home. With the sole exception of how the 2020 election was handled, Kemp has had an exemplary MAGA/America First record. He was even still invited to the WH for the 2020 Christmas Dinner hosted by Trump, even following letting go of the audit rope.
My boy Occam says that the most likely explanation is that Kemp's a swamper like the rest of them, especially since he was the GA Sec State before Raffensperger and laid the groundwork for the Dominion/Smartmatic machines having been distributed all over Georgia. That said, we don't have enough data available to eliminate some manner of coordination with Trump and the patriots where he and his family could lay low.
