We have been around on this a hundred times.
- Victoria Nuland ran a coup in 2014.
- Minsk II agreements were supposed to settle things down in the east. Instead, people got shelled for 8 years to the tune of 14,000 dead. Hollande and Merkel admitted that Minsk II was just a delay tactic to build up Ukraine's military. To Zelensky's defense, when he went out there to tell the Nazis to chill out, they laughed at him

Has it even been shown to have been blown up? The Ukrainians attacked the flood gates - to force higher water levels - and what you are saying about the up stream damns. It seems that they deliberately overstressed the damn to force the collapse.

This seems like it would be really easy to know who blew it up. Just ask who had control of the dam? The power.that controlled the dam.did not need to blow it up, they could have simply just opened the gates.
Then this morning a Heritage Foundation foriegn policy fellow was saying Russia blew it up to create a flood/marsh area that would give Crimes more protection against Ukraine trying to take that area back.
Tucker, says it was Ukraine who blew it up because the reservoir provides water to Russia friendly territory and Russian controlled crimea.
So, who did not control the dam is my vote.
