And I think that’s badarse
Don’t let the soyboys fool you. Libs don’t realize how many Americans are pro-gun. It’s truly a losing issue for them.

A foreign army could not conquer America on land with a population so armed. Not enough soldiers in any army to replace all the casualties.
If we couldn't defeat Vietnamese rice pickers and Iraqi goat herders who were only marginally armed, how could another nation beat an armed population of 300 million people?

Been that way for a long while now. Now they are trying to spin it as there are fewer gun owners and it's all "super owners" stockpiling arsenals...

Pew Research Polls still show that 37% of American households contain guns. Not to mention all those who support the 2nd amendment but don’t have the means/desire to own a firearm. But Dems never care about statistics.

That's also a "self-reported" estimate. If you look at the history of that poll you'll see the number drops every time gun-ownership becomes a political hot-topic. Around the 1994 AWB passage, it dropped by 14%. 14% of gun-owners didn't simply stop owning guns, they stopped admitting to the pollsters that they did.

I could defend the Alamo for a few hours at least

I don't own a gun. My dad owns about 10, maybe 20. Most of my friends own several. Politics are irrelevant to gun ownership in most states, especially the western states. And by western I mean west of the Mississippi and east of the pacific crest.
Most Mexicans and Democrats I know own guns.
Liberals have truly lost their minds.

I have a “friend” who has around 70 guns and 40 K rounds of ammo. He is a super guy.

Guns? Nope no guns here, not a single...What's that you say? Oh, well, that's just a ornate flower vase (sticks wildflower stem down shotgun barrel). Yeah, that one too, and that over there? Well, um, uh, that's a long handled round pipe wrench, yeah that's a wrench!

They couldn't. An invasion of the US by a foreign country would be suicide. They'd be facing the most advanced and prepared military along with 80 million or so private citizens that own over 300 million firearms.
If they somehow obliterated our military capabilities such as our Air Force it would be possible if they had free reign of the skies. But that wouldn't happen because of our natural resources and manufacturing capability

There is no room in my house where a loaded gun isn't within 10 feet of reach. And you can't see them and never know they're there.,.except me. That will have to change some whenever I have a family but as a single man living alone I like it that way.

There are also more screwdrivers than people in the U.S., and for the same reason. Different tools required for different jobs.

Many of them, like myself, lost their firearms in very unfortunate boating accidents.

I heard G. Gordon Liddy speak years ago.
As a convicted felon, he's not allowed to own firearms. But according to him, his wife has an extensive collection.
