No, you only get to rent it. You can take out very long leases (70 years for residential, 40 years for commercial), but you never truly own it. When your lease is up, you have to start paying again or give it back.

Of course not. You just don't have the right to vote, voice opposition to the government, start your own business, leave the country, or proclaim your belief in Jesus Christ. Other than being 100% controlled by the government, they are free.

Because people that push communism will be the ones with powerful positions. Communism doesn’t work because once wealth is seized, those in power have no interest in actual redistribution
