How does he not realize that...…...

Democrats think they can half arse, or flat out ignore the needs and demands of Black folk, and that we will take it silently.

means nothing if Democrats know

Guess who made the single strongest statement on the ludicrous no-knock warrant used to murder Breonna Taylor from a national politician?

It was RAND PAUL

Today Democrats and black Americans learn that Rand Paul has been standing up for their civil liberties with every vote for the last 6+ years and the media has never told them.

There are a million reasons to dislike Talcum but using the term black folk isn't one of them.

Democrats love to associate conservatives with an affinity for authoritarian doctrine. In reality, conservatives have an ingrained respect for authority, but incredible disdain for actual authoritarianism.

Covid has been an interesting dynamic for this in my opinion.

I effing hate government and I think it poisons everything it wraps it’s hands around.

But I’m also a Christian and the Bible is clear what my relationship with authority is supposed to be.

I’ll social distance, wear a mask, stay home whatever because I’m going to honor the government. I’d do it whether Obama or Trump was in office because my faith calls me to it. But I’m going to be pissed the whole time and vote accordingly.

I admit it’s not being done with the best heart but I know what I’m commanded to do and I’m going to do it.

I don’t agree with every right belief, but the fact is, the left has handled and is handling this “pandemic” in an idiot and completely bias fashion. They have a fricking idiot as a candidate. If you have any sense, jump ship. They’ve derailed.

It is an act of Christian Charity to avoid needlessly exposing those most vulnerable to this virus to possible exposure. Yet no legitimate government has the power to restrict our right to peacefully assemble and to express our faith.

With that said, my church was broadcasting online for the past two months since our Bishop gave the Diocese dispensation to miss Mass during the height of the pandemic; I fully support that move since there are many older people in our parish. What I can not support as a matter of Christian fidelity is an abrogation of our God bestowed natural rights:

“Among the natural rights of the Colonists are these: First, a right to life; Secondly, to liberty; Thirdly, to property; Together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can. These are evident branches of, rather than deductions from, the duty of self-preservation, commonly called the first law of nature....

“The natural liberty of man is to be free from any superior power on earth, and not to be under the will or legislative authority of man, but only to have the law of nature for his rule....

“In short, it is the greatest absurdity to suppose it in the power of one, or any number of men, at the entering into society, to renounce their essential natural rights, or the means of preserving those rights; when the grand end of civil government, from the very nature of its institution, is for the support, protection, and defence of those very rights; the principal of which, as is before observed, are Life, Liberty, and Property....

“If men, through fear, fraud, or mistake, should in terms renounce or give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation. The right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of man to alienate this gift and voluntarily become a slave.”
Samuel Adams: The Rights of the Colonists.

I like how he's kind of confused Rand Paul would disagree with those sorts of things.

It’s like the pinwheel in his head is spinning and he can’t process this info because it conflicts with the system he was programmed with.

He is standing on the edge of the plantation, looking back and saying “this place really isn’t good like they say it is.”

He won’t leave because he feels like he can’t but he has a new perspective for the first time.

i imagine where you're wrong is how he'd choose if he "left the plantation". it wouldn't be to support GOPers

I wish Kaep would quit being a poseur and say this.

It would be epic if he came out and said "you don't have to vote R but definitely don't vote D".
