I know most of this is for clicks on Twitter, but I still think it's hilarious how leftists seethe with rage every time a Swede or Dane talks about how much they love Bucees or ranch dressing.

Leftists hate America and they can't stand when others don't hate America too.

Was in Panama City Beach last month, standing on the 22nd story of our rented condo, with a perfect view of the Gulf of America, and inland a few miles. I could see an aircraft carrier-sized Walmart, and began thinking of the logistics involved in keeping one of those stores stocked and operating. Then I thought, there are thousands of those stores across the country.

Reality hit me. WHAT A COUNTRY!

So they’re discovering why a significant portion of our population is morbidly obese.

I sincerely doubt you know anything about obesity statistics. Indeed, obesity is a function of GDP. This has been well-documented. Some of the fastest growing rates of obesity are in countries like the UAE and Saudi. Why? Because they are no longer poor.

Obesity isn't really a problem in the 3rd world. But I don't recommend it as as public health policy.

somebody got fries instead of onion rings.

This has never happened to me, but I can kind of see how this would be a cause of anger and distress.

Approaching it conversely, there are few things more joyful than finding a stray onion ring in your fries. Finding paper money on the ground and pulling up to a parking meter that has over a 1/2 hour of time left are two that I can think of.

Fifteen years ago I worked for a company based in Hamburg Germany. When my boss came over here , we went to SAMS and he purchsed two large tylenol and advil bottles to take back to Germany. He said that it was so cheap here and that they could not get massively large bottles of Advil or Tylenol in Germany, only a few pills at a time and it was expensive. He also loaded up on body lotions, personal care products to take back because it was all so much cheaper here.

PS - Just don't drive all the way to California.

Drive all the way to California, definitely. Just stop at the 395 corridor. Drive all through Oregon and Washington- but avoid Portland, Eugene, Spokane and Seattle at all costs.

import 10 million people from Somalia
They are a problem with fraud and not that big of a number. It’s the 10 million Mayan and Aztec descendants who are the problem. Not a bright group. The majority can’t/wont learn to speak or read English, don’t follow laws, can’t/won’t assimilate, bleeding the system dry. Contributing little except for 1st generation who will work manual labor. After that, very little contribution to American society.

I've heard a couple of Europeans talk about American homes located in the suburbs. Europe has large mansions for the rich and small houses or apartments for everyone else. But lots of Americans have 2,300 sf homes with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and large yards with a 2 car garage. They say that's rare where they came from.

Has Europe ever heard of the “detached single family residence”? Hell, even in Belgravia they have to share walls with their neighbors.

Umm, they’re easily looked up.

Fastest growing rates, whatever. Ok. Let’s look at the highest overall. Only 4 of the top 10 highest obesity rate countries are considered “high income” by the World Bank. The U.S. is one of them.

Oh for Christ’s sake. It was tongue in cheek, but you’re so sensitive, you have to climb on your soapbox. You can eat all the gallons of ranch dressing that you want, fatty. I just don’t think that’s something that makes America great. Your mileage may vary.

I don't know if I'd consider it "free" since it has to be baked into the price of everything else

That being said I have been enjoying these videos of the Europeans and others completely shocked about how different in a good way a lot of the things are here.

Standing alone, this one appears to be worth the airfare. Why do Europeans deny themselves access to proper Ranch Dressing?

Has anyone introduced them to comeback sauce yet?

The parts of the left coast where there are no people are quite awesome.
