When you say this, the response is always 8D chess/Art of the Deal. Can't ever criticize anything he does.

Your thread title is ridiculous, dishonest, and misleading.
Nobody can control what Iran says or does. It's Iran that is "flip flopping ".

Try harder.

Do you not think that Iran is flip flopping daily on what they are saying to us?

If you are dealing with a counterparty that you find to be unreliable, would you repeat everything they say to your constituency as though it was fact?

That’s not their fault. That’s your fault.

Wait! Are you saying for the first time in human history international peace agreements can be complex and evolving?

We should probably do what Obama did - sign whatever the Iranians want us to, send them a pile of cash, and act like we accomplished something and then leave it to the future administrations to deal with.

Nah, I’d rather have a president who tackles the tough issues and beats our enemies to the point they truly concede. Make. Those. frickers. Quit.

That would require Trump to practice some self discipline.

These aren't competing statements.

You don't think the media would report it? I'd rather Trump talk about it and be informed. Also, Trump is demonstrating that he's putting effort into attempting to negotiate. It's no secret that Iran is untrustworthy but Trump updating on the attempted negotiations further proves the Iranian government is a death cult.

Trump is ALWAYS going to put a positive spin on every situation to calm the markets at home. It’s a strategy he uses. I don’t know if you’ve seen the DOW and S&P 500 lately but they are soaring.
