LOL... no she doesn't, and she knows she doesn't. She's just pandering to a certain group for only God knows why.
Also.. does she feel unsafe in the same way I'd feel unsafe going through some neighborhoods in Memphis... say... some parts of Whitehaven or Parkway Village or Orange Mound (or any other city in the United States)?
