I agree. They preach a gospel contrary to that of scripture, wherein man relies on himself in addition to Christ to be saved, and no one that preaches a gospel contrary to the one that the Apostles preached (faith alone in Christ alone) is doing anything but damning those who understand it and believe it. That is the epitome of evil.

Given the fact that the pope and vatican are actively selling out the religion to those who hate it, how can anyone still defend it?

It is amusing when Johnny-come-lately religions think they have somehow been chosen to interpret the Bible for the rest of us.

Better believe they are;
1. Having a Pope that no one understands is part of the plan.
2. The FBI catching Hundreds of Priests and allowing the Vatican to "Self Police Itself" is all part of the plan. Now the police has a Carrot to dangle over the head of the church. That's why you see them speaking out and standing firm on Traditional Marriage, Disgusting Transgender, and Abortion.

Martin Luther became the only choice to get to and ILLUSTRATE that redemption and truth...
Anything else you conjure (and 'conjure' fits perfectly) is not coming from the source of redemption and truth..
and it shows forever, 'use by' dates be damned.
Blindness is intentional, a choice, same as the conjuring..

I don't know what the Catholic Church preaches re ultimate 'Salvation' and such being assured by "faith alone and not of works, lest any should boast".
That said, I do believe that one's relative reward in Heaven ("he that seweth sparingly shall reap sparingly" and "grace is measured") will be determined by one's works. Protestants, Catholics and any other Religions. Had a short discussion with a Catholic Priest yesterday and would have mentioned this if I had known.
Like a Poster above said, it's the 'Top' leadership that taints many in the 'chain of command'. Church and State.
IMO, the ultimate criteria of judgement will be the degree of one's Love. Universal version which Jesus taught. Love is the bottom line. The rest is nuts and bolts in the big picture.

Follow Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano if you want a dissident view on what is occurring within the Catholic church. There is a twitter site which regular posts his views. He is vocal in his opposition to the WEF/NWO and those supporters within the church.

Edit: Here we sit, 4 days from celebrating the 2022nd anniversary savior of the world’s birth a d we are STILL doing the same thing the Pharisees did that led to that same savior being nailed to a tree. We are spending so much time sick measuring religions and who’s faith is better that we miss the Messiah standing right in front of us
