Yep you are correct. Dumber than a box of rocks.

Fuk it instead of just deporting them just shoot them and bury them

With liberal judges you always know how they will vote with conservative judges they always have to show how they will take a stand no matter how much damage it does due to principles

Why would you give an alien enemy notice?

We have some really dumb smart people in this country.

It actually does say they can be deported under other legal authority.

The "other" system is "catch and release" which does not work and has never worked. They give these people court dates 5 years down the road, which 90% do not show up for. It's a dumb system.

IDK why the Judicial Branch is even involved in deportation of illegal aliens in the first place. Border enforcement of non-citizens should be an Executive function only.

Due process, primarily to ensure they are what is being claimed.

I saw somewhere that crime is way down in Denver and Aroura since Trump started cracking down on this bunch. Instead of deporting them he should start shipping them to John Roberts’ neighborhood in Maryland.

There are statutory and constitutional limitations on that executive authority. These limitations have always existed with every executive action since the Constitution was enacted.

That’s the key phrase. People can be deported under the usual law.

You don’t care that it takes more time and our money to accomplish what NEEDS to be done due to the absolutely inept previous administration?

Do I care if the law is being mis-used in an unconstitutional way? Yes

The whole reason we have these limits on government is because government loves to cut corners and violate our rights for justifications similar to the theme of your question.

This is good. Just arrest and hold them indefinitely without a trial.

It's not the first time SCOTUS has been catastrophically wrong.

Dred Scott and Wickard come to mind.

Deport them back to their home counties and if they want due process set up the process at the U.S. consulates offices and they can stand in line for their coveted U.S. due process in their own countries.

Why do we want people in our country who are harming citizens. To make it worse, how do we explain it to our citizens when they are illegals.

The executive branch and judicial branch are on a collision course.
