The supreme court is pushing Trump I think to do something he doesn't want to do, what that is I don't know, but you can bet your arse talks are going on with his legal team to stop this shite.

You think Trump is just gonna sit back and let these frickers derail his mandate just think about that the supreme court says the POTUS cant deport Venezuelan illegal aliens, don't matter if you're a democrat or republican That should just piss you off

Its not good when dangerous illegal gang bangers are protected by things that are supposed to protect Americans. Surely you can admit that much.

What are the chances the cartels have intimidated the judiciary?

This isn’t about due process—it’s about a broken system where courts enable

Here is what it is about. Judges are Lawyers. They make decisions that help the law profession. So each criminal gets a case tried. There is a lawyer repping the criminal and one prosecuting the criminal. The profession will make billions off of this decision. Conflict of interest is pretty evident.

Politicians are lawyers, they make decisions that protect/ benefit their profession. Their decisions continue to give judges and law more power.

Follow the money.

It’s mind boggling that a democrat president can flood our country with illegals and get absolutely no pushback for the judicial branch. Then President Trump trying to clean up the mess gets sued from every progressive judge in the country. It truly is fricked up.

The judiciary is a profession full of shite-bags, I really don’t think it’s necessary.

Any group who sides with rapists and murderers is reprehensible. The idea that judges are wise and noble people is an illusion. The Federal judiciary is corrupt and just as political as any other federal bureaucracy. Occasionally making a decision that makes sense doesn’t change that.

if you can't deport them, just execute them - I'm fine either way

This makes no sense.

Our Constitution even has specific amendments and protections for criminals. Those portions of our law are almost only litigated to find their depths/limits with bad hombres (citizen or not is irrelevant). How else could we measure those portions of the Constitution?

In immigration? No. Incorrect. No right to counsel in immigration and many (most?) don't have attorneys

Because there was no issue for judges to decide because it wasn't illegal.

It was political, and there was political pushback (see; election, 2024).

His admin is attempting hyper-aggressive strategies literally never used before. Why are y'all so shocked that these actions are having to be judged by the courts?

These cases aren't about "siding with rapists and murderers". They're about the limits of government power and the proper application of power within the limits of both constitutional and statutory constraints.

That's it. The individuals in the case are irrelevant.

You clocked in 3 minutes early.

The Biden administration used "hyper-aggressive" strategies to flood the country. That is not "legal" just because you deem it so.

8 fricking AM on a Saturday to push this shite over and over and over and over...

"Piece of shite" does not begin to describe you. I bet you don't live near illegals, do you?
