zed Kharg Island months ago. Over and over again he has been lured into negotiations by someone in Iran who is obviously stalling for time.

At least HE IS TRYING to reason with the petulant little children that are the leaders in Iran.

Trump had quotes about four weeks of reserves left and not wanting to end up like Herbert Hoover. So, there must be real energy concerns somewhere.

There is an argument they can do whatever they want on their half as it's not international waters

Absolutely wrong, the argument that they can do whatever they want, misinformation at the least.

*****************************

The Strait of Hormuz is not considered "international waters" in the sense of the high seas; rather, it is an international strait located entirely within the territorial waters of Iran and Oman.

While the waterway is geographically subject to the sovereignty of these two coastal states, international law classifies it as an international strait used for global navigation. This special status grants foreign vessels the right of transit passage (under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, or UNCLOS) or innocent passage (under older customary law), meaning neither Iran nor Oman can suspend or block peaceful maritime traffic.

Unfortunately all he’s done is slap them around and hope they’d come around since the opening.

It didnt work and now they think they’ve seen the worst we have to offer and are emboldened.

Now they have established targeting info and supplies from China and Russia.

If we don’t take out their comms and transportation and put them in the dark, this becomes a stalemate (relatively speaking)that drains our military.

Yep. All sound and no furry. I am a Trump guy but so far this Iran fiasco is bringing him down.

Just go medieval on their arse, it is the only thing those bastards understand.

Also, beyond what I said about owning half, here is an interpretation of the MOU. Trump should have never signed it in the first place. But, since he did, consider this.

They have in no way seen the worst of what we have.

It is just a matter of how many we want to kill and what we want to leave working.

We can destroy electrical supply and water supply and and and but THE LEADERS AND MILITARY is what we are after now .

Bridges and Nuclear disabling happens and all infrastructure happens when our military might have to do some targeted attacks with troops .

Like anything on this board, either left or right... When the other party does it, rabble rabble rabble, but when our guy does it its justified and thats different.

In fairness, the tactical strikes last year were perfectly acceptable. The starting a war with no clear path out, 13 dead service members, and 20B down the drain with nothing to show for it is not.
