An unarmed, 5-03 120 lb woman, a veteran, a wife, and a mother. Executed at point blank after being led to her death... the executioner was promoted and given a raise.

What gives them such high moral superiority to anyone else in the world? There are plenty of bad guys, but I'm not sure there are any good guys either.

She was white, thus her life didn’t matter.

Exactly.

Would she have been killed if she would have listened to commands?

Was she the one climbing in the window or not? I can’t remember.

Let's also not forget all the political prisoners they have locked up in the DC gulags.

Life was supposed to be a God-given and inalienable human right. Why did governments give themselves permission to take life in the name of justice and how is that constitutional?

I'm not talking about acts of self defense.

Yes. They could have simply pushed her backwards.

It was such an overreaction. It still blows my mind that someone could be so stupid.

I refuse to believe this guy feared for his life. No way.

So what yiu are saying is the kid that got shot by the female cop that thought she had the taser woukd still be alive if he listened to commands right? Instead of speeding off? That’s what you are implying??? Why is she doing time and not the black cop????

If she was crawling through your bedroom window, could you shoot from the inside? If she was crawling through your office window, could you shoot? If she is part of a mob and coming through a window to an area where the vice president and other members of congress are taking shelter, can you shoot?

The patience and control that our government had as thousands of protestors stormed the capitol and tried to break into the senate chambers to stop a lawful transfer of power was enormous. It's amazing that only she got killed.

You imagining that that could have gone any different is insane.

Do you really think any government is going to let a mob break into their HQ and not respond with force?

In contrast to that, Russia is jailing anti-war protestors right now, with talks about severe jail penalties. What in the world do you think would happen if people stormed the Kremlin lmao?

A lot more than one death.

You acting like someone committing suicide by cop means that our country loses its moral highground over a country that regularly and actively murders dissent is ridiculous. If anything, the Jan. 6th example shows exactly how much better we are, considering that if that happened almost anywhere else, it would have been a fricking bloodbath.

This was self defense, but to answer your question: Governments gave themselves this right when we adopted the social contract and created society.

Sadly, all true.

You should make it a practice to bring a crowd or mob or whatever into various private or public offices and break windows and crawl through. After you've done this a few times, get back with us to let us know how well you were treated.

Truth is that if anyone breaks a window at my office or at my house and tries to crawl in, that person would be shot.

Considering they've done it before, yes.

Crazy isn’t it? Of all the hundreds of arrests linked to January 6th only Ashli Babbitt was determined to be a threat that required deadly force….yeah, pretty crazy.
