The people you are likely referring to are those that Trump went after in a very personal way. No unity speech will fix that. "Hey I know I was a giant dick to you but now that I've been shot at, come unify with me." That won't work.
As for others like Paul Ryan or Mitch McConnell, you can forget unity with them. They'll talk a good game and then betray Trump and Republican voters as they always have.
The message should be about how we're facing evil and we either defeat it or the nation is gone. He got up from that shot and shouted 'fight' and that should be his message now.

This isn’t about people being scared of retribution. If they speak up they will be retaliated against and they know it . The rot will have to taken out from the top down..
What you saw the other day was about money. Your money my money our money going into the pockets of these MFers that make these wars. They have killed before and this was no different . Ike warned everyone but Americans were living too good at the time. They tried the easy way this time with a brainwashed fool they had trained up. His handler has to be sweating bullets right now.. They will try to blow him up next time that’s their way. They have to control the machine.
I don’t think the roots are even in the USA.

The insane part of the country is nowhere near 40%. It's under 10%.
We just have half of the country that either doesn't care, or doesn't have the balls to express how much they like Trump, fearing major backlash.
