You could also stamp a bunch of envelopes before 11/04 and produce them after. Not difficult

Everybody has been warned about Trump's attempt to steal the election by sabotaging the post office. There should not be a flood of votes that come in after Nov. 3, only a trickle that might decide a razor thin race. Ironically, there are more republicans that have requested but not sent in a ballots yet in most states.
My big issue is why these states are not entering votes in as they come in like Florida so we don't have to wait forever to find out who won, makes no sense to wait until election day to start that process.

I read that the legislature gave the election board the authority to change the laws without any stipulations. Dumb legislation written by dumb legislators.
Scotus said the elction board did not assert power they were not given so nothing they could over rule. If you believe in states rights then scotus is right on this one.

I call it a national election law. All states abide by the same rules concerning the election of a president. Had a lengthy discussion about it on here the other day. Majority of posters agreed. It would simplify the process. Who wouldn't want that? From 50 different state laws to just one law for every state. I guess that wouldn't allow enough frickery to take place so we couldn't have the opportunity to go through as to what is fixing to happen.

If the Dems screw us in NC and PA with mail in ballots, Trump will have to take WI & MI (that's assuming he takes AZ). If he can't get WI, then he'll need NV and NH. If they screw him out of NC, his path becomes a lot tougher that's for sure.

Bottom line if NC is contested for a recount is the only way absentee ballots are all counted after a recount if it is still close.

Most likely this is a non-issue. Requests for ballots in NC must be received by 10/27 (yesterday!). So election officials will know going into election night on 11/3 exactly how many ballots are outstanding. Therefore, it won't matter how many fake ballots Dems want to create.
I suspect NC could be called for the R's on election night based on a finite number of outstanding ballots - the total number of which would not close the gap for Biden. So based upon 2016 election results, Team Biden better have requested at least an additional 173,000 fake ballots by yesterday.
Possible that fraud could steal NC, but not likely.

Why not 90? Or 190? They picked a date. 11/3 that should be the date.

Even if ACB would've ruled on this case, it still would've been 5-4. Kavanaugh screwed us on this one.
Hopefully she can help us out on any future election cases. We'll probably get another in PA if things are tight there.

Nah, looking at the early returns I think Biden takes NC probably on the coattails of the governor, could be wrong but if I am its gonna be close.

I’m only worried if Trump barely wins the state. It’ll be hard for Dims to steal it if he wins by 100,000 votes. What are they going to say, that Biden won 70% of the late delivered ballots?

The ballots won’t be fake. They may belong to dead people, the mentally challenged, or residents of aged-care facilities, but they won’t be fake. In short, it would be a risk to use them unless absolutely needed. However, my guess is that they are ready to be submitted and counted if they are needed (after the votes are tallied in November 3rd) to win the election.

Agree, 11/3 is the deadline and tell the states and county governments to work backward from there. Voters are given weeks to vote in person, if you can go the post office, the grocery store, the park, etc., you can vote in person. There is already very generous opportunity to vote anything else is just a play on corruption.
