Yes, I think there are no people smart enough in Iran and the country does not have the capability to ever develop nuclear weapons. Only Pakistan has that ability.

Aaron made a good point that Trump misled Iran that talks were ongoing (more were scheduled after the first 60 days) and used the cover of diplomacy to punk them. Plus, like the judge says right before that, the negotiators were murdered. Why would Iran trust the U.S.?
