How many years will it take to get cars and trucks with better:
Transmissions
Engines
Quality
All at lower prices?
Can I hold out that long to get all the best things tuned back into quality?

No ethanol except in booze
No DEF
Modern Diesel Engines for most vehicles
Natural Gas for most electrical generation
Nuclear for the future

Only morons like you think Obama's Clean Water Rule had anything to do with actually protecting the environment.

We can give the corn used for that to third world countries to eat.
Beef is expensive and our domestic herd is getting smaller.
Let's feed that corn to cattle and make beef great again.

the EPA should be rolled back and then make the agency justify anything they want to keep without using the phrase “climate change”.
Amen.

Got a cheat sheet for you Al Gore. Life expectancy since America started using fossil fuels around 1850 to present has basically doubled. In 1850 tfhe life expectancy was around 40. Today it's 78.7. Life is much better with fossil fuels.

Want to help food prices?
About 12 years ago I felt I needed a career change and took job as a sales rep with Sysco. Had never been in the food/restaurant industry before. Was really eye opening learning how much ethanol negatively affected the food industry and food costs.

Get rid of DEF!!!!!!
While I would love that, they need to do away with any standards that force manufacturers to put in EGR systems. That’s what is really ruining our diesel engines. DEF just adds cost to the system.

From an air quality standpoint, I don't see any issue with this as long as NOx, SOx, and particulates emissions are controlled.

We need more, much, much more...
I will take it a piece at the time though...

how heavily the industry is regulated
The EPA became nothing more than a bunch of pinheads sitting around, dreaming stuff up to regulate in order to justify their job and existence... Like most other government agencies...
This is just one piece of their impact...

Erase Barry while they're at it.

This is great news. It is huge and great job. I wish they would do this through Congress as well. Have Congress set this policy in stone. Congress has yielded so much power to the Executive and giving the authority to make the rules they want. So we have this kind of crap and reg swing back and forth depending on POTUS admin.
