you'd have to ask Ashli Babbit's family. They are far more qualified to know than you or anyone associated with (and including) the legal observer who rammed an ICE agent with her car yesterday.
ETA: Wasn't it cool how the agent was rammed by a car and still managed three shots to the face through the driver's side window at point blank range?
I wonder if he has any eligibility left. We could really use a LB like that.
