RINOS are getting paid by the same people as the Dems.

Sounds like he doesn’t even know what the bills were about.
If we have to stop spending dad gum money, why is he allowing Trump to increase the defense budget mid-year by a half a trillion dollars?
You don't understand how populism works. It's not about how much money is spent, or in most cases even what it's spent on. That doesn't make any difference at all to a populist.
It's who is spending it.
Trump's spending looked like this in his first term:
FY 2017: ~$3.98 trillion
FY 2018: ~$4.11 trillion
FY 2019: ~$4.41 trillion
FY 2020: ~$6.50 trillion
FY 2021: ~$6.82 trillion
And of course the big jump was due to COVID and allowing everything to be shut down and stimulus/bailout money as a result of that.
But the problem is that we never went back down to the 2017 level. Biden didn't, but Trump isn't either. Instead, he's continuing to increase spending.
FY 2024 federal spending: ~$6.8 trillion (Biden)
FY 2025 federal spending: ~$7.0 trillion (Trump)
For those rusty in math, that .2 trillion compares to the 1 billion that people are shouting "primary" over like this: .2 trillion = 200 billion = 200 times more.
And the "Big Beautiful Bill" is projected to increase spending by another $500 Billion in 2026, another $630 billion in 2027, and another $500 Billion in 2028.
So a $1.63 Trillion increase in three years, and that's just due to ONE BILL. That doesn't even count any other spending increases that happen in the next three years.
Again, for the math challenged, $1.63 trillion is 1,630 times larger than the $1 billion that we must all light torches and grab pitchforks to storm the castle about.
$1billion is .0143% of the federal budget. $1.63 trillion is over 23% of the federal budget.
So you can clearly see that the amount of money is unimportant to a populist.
It's WHO is spending it that is important.
Are we talking about a Trump-endorsed bill or are we talking about something that a "RINO" or a "Democrat" endorses?
Trump could literally spend $100 trillion in a year, and he could spend it by dousing it with gasoline and lighting it on fire like the Joker in Batman, and populists wouldn't care.
But if a Republican agrees with a Democrat and wants to send $5 to Israel, we've got to stop him!!!
It's so asinine it's comical.

It's a very thin majority. It is not a functional majority.

The fact that Trump lives in your head and upsets you so, makes me smile.

This is just what you have to tell yourself to feel you are superior. It's no different than the left calling everyone racists and fascists.
This is typical of TDS. You always have to argue against a strawman because arguing actual facts would leave you with nothing to say.
What the money is spent on is the most important thing. It's always you people who bitch about spending no matter what it is, even when it is beneficial. So, now you are just projecting your inability to analyze individual expenditures onto others. You treat all spending the same because it's easy.

False! The Dems are worse than the Republicans at adhering to party discipline. We are only a few years removed from Joe Manchin and Kristin Sinema stopping a $3 trillion democrat bill. Reportedly there were at least five more Dem Senators who would vote “No” if they had to, but would vote “Yes” if they weren't needed.

Bull—shite. I'll prove it.
First of all, nobody on this thread seems to know what these bills were for. They didn't when my comment was made, anyway. Yet they are calling for people to be primaried. Not because of what this money is going toward (they don't even know), but because they voted for a bill that Democrats introduced. That's game over right there. But here's some more...
Trump spent over 26 million dollars of taxpayer money playing golf last year. That's an estimate, but it's also been estimated that he spent a little over 150 million dollars of taxpayer money in his first term playing golf, so it would be in line with those kinds of numbers. Don't believe it? Look it up. One golf trip to Scotland alone cost more than a million dollars. Over $400,000 just in rental car fees.
So if he stays on track with his first term and spends around $300 million—of taxpayer dollars—on golf, you tell me. Use your superior ability to "analyze individual expenditures" and you tell me whether that's a good use of taxpayer money or not.
And don't play whataboutism, because you've already claimed that the only thing that matters is what the money is spent on. Not whether someone else did it too. Not how much money it is. Nope, according to you, the only thing that matters is what is was spent on.
It was spent on Donald Trump playing golf. Thumbs up or down?

This bit is comedy gold, for several reasons, but it's late and I will limit myself to pointing out that IMMEDIATELY after denying that your judgement of government spending is influenced in any way by who is doing the spending, you essentially followed that up with, "Anything Trump authorized is spending for a good reason."
I shall have pleasant dreams carrying the aftertaste of that delightful nonsense into my sleep, and I think you for those.
