The house passed a bill to keep the government funded yesterday. For it to pass in the senate it needs 60 votes and their is only 51 republicans. Last time I checked you can’t get 60 votes with only 51 voters . Democrats voting against the bill will be the ones shutting the government down .

During the last shutdown the Dems did a good job of blaming it on the Republicans,(it helps when 90% of media is working with the DNC), but the lasting story there was the petulant Obama closing access to the open air museums in Washington, closing access roads to the Grand Canyon and Mt. Rushomore. He really looked like douchenozzle there. But what really took the cake was when he went on TV and lied about Social Security checks not going out. I got a call from my 80 year old mother over that. Threatening seniors is major scumbag behavior. He showed his true stripes there.

The Republicans gained control of the Senate for the first time since 2006, and increased their majority in the House. The Republicans also gained two seats in governors' races.
And Trump will show how Obama mishandled the shutdown. This will again remind the public what disaster the DNC is!
