Ya can feel sympathy for the guy and still think he's an a-hole. It would suck to be a guy but diagnosed as a girl the moment you're born...and to be treated as a girl most of you're life. He had no power over that. It would legit suck to be born with such confusing genetics.

But, he thrust himself into the public spotlight. It's clear that while he wasn't born with standard male genitals..and he was raised as a girl.... it was obvious after puberty that he was a guy. ..and he developed the advantages guys have over girls. Most women won't be able to compare when it comes to fighting, just because of his genetic advantages regarding his male gender. Still waiting on definitive proof myself one way or the other, because yeah there is absolutely some confusion and lack of clarity. Just going by what I found on my own.

"Her" own parents adamantly deny that "she" is anything but a female, and then claim that "she" was born with female parts and that her original birth certificate lists her as "female".

I'm not trying to argue with anyone on it, was just passing on what I could find on my own. There is most definitely a lack of transparency that seems incredibly suspicious and intentional, but no real evidence to confirm or deny that "she" is actually a "she" seems to exist. And there are a couple of medical conditions where someone who appears biological female does have XY chromosome pairings. With what information is actually available, Occam's Razor would indicate that this is the case. Even if Occam's Razor is correct here, it still should have been a disqualifying condition due to unfair advantage. "She" might be a "she", but there's absolutely a big "*" along with that label.

The tinfoil hat side of me, conversely, tells me that the lack of transparency means that "she" is a man. It would've been really simple to just clear up the air with definitive proof really early on as opposed to letting the controversy drag (pun intended) on. With the lawsuits now being filed by Khelif, maybe an answer will finally be disclosed because Rowling and Musk will not be even entertaining the idea of paying a penny to this "woman" without proving undoubtedly that "she" is NOT a man.
