Man, you couldn’t be more wrong about this if you tried… at least through the first 7 weeks of this war, anyway.
The Russian military has looked incompetent so far… and western lethal aid has shown itself to be very good, especially in the hands of well trained and motivated defensive forces.

And today, on the news, a video was playing non-stop, where the Russian army captured trophies in the form of weapons abandoned during the retreat. so many trophies were shown that the journalist found it difficult to give an estimated number of captured. I think soon RT will begin to promote this news.

Well if Russian media has obtained documents with the wording “surplus” showing that the equipment sent by NATO is being sold to African countries it’s probably time to stop sending the gear that’s so vexing Russia.
Just goes to show you can’t trust anybody these days except Russian media and their investigative sources.

I would be interested in learning how those African countries go about retrieving their newly purchased equipment. Seems it might be a bit difficult with the Black Sea blockade.

We’ll run out of self propelled guns, tanks, and infantry fighting vehicles to send to the Ukrainians.

Oh you know what, you’re exactly correct because I accidentally left out a part that was to be crucial to the tone of the whole post.
It’s the “last laugh” part I edited to add. Once all is said and done. Unfortunately I don’t think history will grant us points for who led at the end of each quarter. Now, I acknowledge mine is speculation. Yours on the final outcome would be same. So like it or not, we’re speculation brothers at this point. We’ll talk more at Thanksgiving dinner.
