If Trump gets between 10-20 of the Black vote the DNC is screwed. The only Blacks who are likely to stay in the DNC are gays, single parent women, and the elderly. The thinking Blacks have left/are leaving to be Republicans, Libertarians and Independents.

You nailed it, RCDfan1950. They think they can "justify" their immoral and illegal actions by painting America as having been a wicked, evil country from its inception. As Hussein's favorite "preacher" liked to say, "Naw, naw, naw! Not 'God Bless America'! 'God DAMN America'!"
At least, that extreme left-wing idealism explains one component of the evil that has beset America. The rest of it can be explained by simply saying that while most of us were busy working and raising our families, the Deep State of greed and corruption was taking full bloom inside the Beltway. And that's why it isn't just the Democrats to blame, but also Republican Swamp Rats like the Bush cabal, Romney, Ryan, Gowdy, Kasich, etc. etc.

I haven't researched the source, or an explanation about the "leak," but, if/when shite hits the fan, I suspect that this will be used as part of their defense. Like others, I also think that he's preemptively setting himself up to push a narrative.

Ooopsie leaking this call is a campaign message and to be the top voice in calling Trump & Barr political with the Flynn decision. Van Grack dropped the case and all others- it wasn't political is was real corruption exposed. So the top dog black jesus needed to speak and bash the corona virus, as they scared.
The media couldn't wait to aggregate this, it gives Obama cover from directly speaking about ongoing investigations and bashing a President.

It just seems to me, K, that if someone like Obama/Prog Players were bold enough to believe and do what they have done...they'd at least be bold enough to admit their action and justify it with honest argument. We're past the point where a few votes matter, or whether votes will much longer matter. Like with Xi over in China...everybody knows that they shut down their own infected Province, while letting people in Wuhan fly all over the World. Xi damn well knew exactly what would happen. And now...he lies, with his tail between his legs, like a whimp. WTF. These people are the BIG WHEELS. Geez...I'd be comping at the bit to let it rip if I truly believed in what I did to the degree that such (atrocious and criminal) actions were warranted (in my own mind).
There is one consolation: I know that God/Jesus must be just as frustrated as we are. Or worse. It's His 'baby'.
