I need to see the video but two things can be true:
1) Sad case of FAFO. Very sad for the child but horrendous parenting
2) shite case of policing. There is no reason a stop of someone stealing diapers from Walmart needs to end in shots fired in a crowded public space especially with an infant present . Write down her plate and put in an arrest warrant.

I am still going to say that their culture is so broken that this is ultimately a result of no parenting.

That's the beauty of labeling your problem "systemic racism." When you put it that way, the identity of your oppressors doesn't matter. It's the system that is the problem.
You see the same thing with them assaulting immigrants who work work ICE. They claim to be fighting in behalf of immigrants and they do it by fighting immigrants themselves. Because the immigrants are a part of the system they are fighting.

That isn't a deflection at all. It's a frickin fact. These types of riots and protests died out completely while Biden was in office. Do you think that the injustices stopped? frick no. The difference was that they were no longer being paid to riot. Or encouraged to.
