If video proves that is what happened then the mother should be charged with the murder of her son.

Her lawyer has some work to do. She does not even appear sad, much less distraught.

Are they going to riot in MS? I'd like to see what happens there if it does.

I live in Mississippi and this is the first I’ve heard of this.

I'm going to assume they are not protesting against Moms taking their 1 yo on shoplifting sprees.

These people are not protesting the problem just the result of another low IQ poor decision maker.

I still think the lack of arrest in this case is telling. If she was infarct guilty of shop lifting wouldn't she have been arrested? if the driver tried hitting the cop, wouldn't she have been arrested? Im not defending it by no means as we have seen this story before however i just find it weird

They ran, which is far more telling

Who the frick even are you? It's not drama to say there will be riots over this, dipshit. They're already happening at the local level.

How is that not child abuse? That video will aid police more than she thinks. I can't believe legal council hasn't advised her to shut and get off social media.

In FL they would. Someone gets killed in the commission of a felony, they get the manslaughter charge, too.
