Translation: I issued a stupid executive order.

It's an executive order with a nod and wink wink. As I said in my other post the main purpose of the executive order to to feign emergency to get federal money.

How can you receive a sentence, without having been found guilty?

You can't and that's not what I said....I said you can't be pardoned unless you've been found guilty of something,...…….

quote:

pardon. 1) v. to use the executive power of a Governor or President to forgive a person convicted of a crime, thus removing any remaining penalties or punishments and preventing any new prosecution of the person for the crime for which the pardon was given.

She's only been arrested and charged, not convicted

Nice empty gesture, a-hole. Why don't you open up the state and let grownups make their own decisions.

I guess I don't understand. If she's not convicted, how can she be sentenced? Since when can judges just hand out fines and jail terms, without having found you guilty of anything?

I’m not sure what is real anymore. They shut down the whole United States and took everyone’s rights all at once. Every governor in America followed suit.

Is this a real judge or the make believe county judge? I can't tell anymore.

He might as well have posted his thoughts on Facebook. His impotent letter carries as much weight.
